We want you to love every shirt you order from Your Jersey FC. If not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Hassle-free returns

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within 7 days of approval.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Keep the original tags attached and return the shirt unworn.
  • Provide photos if the shirt is defective or damaged on arrival.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll email you a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service and share the tracking link.

Refunds

Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exclusions

  • Shirts that have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Customized or clearance items marked 'Final Sale'.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window.
